Technology Associates provides skilled individuals who perform analyst support for inventory and account management for Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE), as well as ADPE Custodian (EC) services and ADPE unclassified hard drive preparation and destruction. We provide reports and obtain assistance for the correction and/or resolution of Information Technology (IT) system problems. We ensure all of the necessary equipment is network-ready with the use of Standard Desktop Configuration and all applicable application software packages required for the owning organizations. Our staff remains abreast and is certified in new technologies as they arise. We train and maintain certified Client Support Administrators/Functional System Administrators and Server Administrators (CSA/FSA/SA) for TAFB. We provide key personnel and base system administrators 18 hours a day, 5 days a week and are responsible for Local Area Network (LAN) line activation and troubleshooting from the wiring closet or communication node to the host (end user) on existing cable.

(CNI) family of companies, provides integration in support of Data Replication, Disaster Recovery and Improved Information Assurance Capabilities (DR2IIAC) for the DTRA Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Information Operations and Core Systems Division.
